Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, online until 2 hours before your appointment. After that, just give us a call.
How do quotes work?
Send your vehicle details and a few photos. We'll reply with an estimate, usually within one business day, and nothing starts until you agree.
Can I see how the repair is going?
Yes. Your booking page shows each step live, and we email you the moment your car is ready.
Do you handle insurance and warranty work?
Yes. We work with your insurance or warranty provider directly, so you don't have to.
